Ada Laverne Ault, 92, of Muncie, died Monday morning, July 23rd, 2012 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Muncie, following an extended illness. She was born October 12th, 1919 in Hartford City, IN and was the daughter of the late Frank & Henrietta (Shaneyfelt) Lamott. Ada retired as an Art Teacher from Anderson Community Schools in 1980. She loved art, nature, poetry, and was a very artistic person. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University. Ada attended Foursquare Gospel Church and was a member of the Red Hat Society. Ada is survived by her four children; Jerry Ault of Muncie; Diane (Dallas) Curtis of Muncie; Monty Joe Ault of Cape Corral, FL; and Bonnie (Gene) Bare of Greenwood, IN; 13 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin J. Ault in 1996; a sister Eileen Beymer, and a brother Raymond Allman. Funeral Services for Ada will be held Thursday, July 26th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Garden View Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
