Aileen Miller,89, of Muncie, passed away Wednesday October 3, 2012 at Elmcroft Senior Living of Muncie. She was born October 9, 1922 in Mays, Indiana to James and Nellie (McGatha) Kaster. Aileen was a homemaker for most of her adult life and was a member of the E. 16th Street Church of God, of which her husband, Herbert, was the founding pastor. He precedes her in death. Survivors include Daughter Pamela Carol ( Kenneth)Wills of Muncie and son Thomas Miller and partner John Harrison of Indianapolis; 5 grandchildren Angela (Jason) Patterson of Carmel, Kevin (Lori) Wills of Muncie, Bradley Miller of Chicago, Ill., Chelsea Miller of Kansas City, MO, and Abigail (Chad) Simeur of Kankakee, Ill.; and 3 great-grandchildren Zachary, Jacob, and Nicholas Patterson. She was also preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Saturday October 6, 2012 at The Garden View Funeral Home, Muncie. Funeral Services will follow immediately at 12:00 p.m. with Chaplain Rogers Durham officiating. Private Burial will follow in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
