Alfred "Dale" Richardson, 78, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on October 17, 2024. Born in Muncie, Indiana, on October 13, 1946, he was the son of the late Art and Sue Richardson. A proud United States Army Veteran, Dale married Paulette Runyon on October 28, 1995.
Dale was an avid sports enthusiast, passionately following everything from college sports to professional leagues, including NASCAR.
He is survived by his loving wife, PJ; daughters Chantel, Holly, Melissa, and Angie; brother Art Richardson; sisters Patty Myers, Becky Phipps, and Sandy Creamer; 4 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and friends who will miss him dearly. Dale also be missed by his best friend his loving dog Micah.
Dale is preceded in death by his parents, sister Beverly Dixon, and nephew Larry Townsend.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on October 26, 2024, from 10:00 AM at Garden View Funeral Home ,10501 N. State Road 3, Muncie. Celebration of life will be at11:30 AM, officiated by Pastors Jeff Rybolt and Jack Mansfield. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
