Angela Catherine Lyons, 41 of Muncie, died Wednesday evening, August 23, 2017 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born April 23, 1976 in Ft. Wayne and is the daughter of Mary Jo (Ehinger) Kirby and Randal Stephen (Barbara) Kirby.
Angela was a loving and caring daughter, sister, wife and mother. She loved and lived for her children; she was "Super Mom". Angela loved going to the lake, cooking and taking care of her family. She was the kindest, sweetest and most positive person anyone would meet. Angela majored in Fashion Design at Ball State University. She was parishioner at St. Francis Catholic Church.
Angela is survived by her loving husband of 14 years Jeremy Lyons of Muncie; her three children Alex, Matt, and Emma all of Muncie; her mother Mary Jo (Ehinger) Kirby of Ft. Wayne; her father Randy (Barb) Kirby of Ft. Wayne; brothers Danny and Nick; two sisters Laurie and Stephanie (J.R.); several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, August 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Catholic Church, 1200 West Riverside Avenue, Muncie, IN 47303 with Rev. Brian Doerr celebrant. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Garden View Funeral Home with a Rosary at 5:30 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Church. Memorial Contributions may be made for Masses or the American Heart Association with envelopes provided at the funeral home.
