Mr. Arnold Lewis 95, passed away on April 13, 2022 at Ball Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loved ones. He was born Januay 26, 1927 to the late Bates and Mary "Sibert" Lewis. Arnold married the love of his life Arzonia in 1950.

Arnold was employed as a Millwright at Marhofer Packing Company in Muncie for 30 years, then went on to Chrysler Corp where he retired as a Millwright in 1993.

Arnold,Arzonia, and their family loved to travel; Some of their favorite places were Gatlinburg, Florida and Maine. He was a Charter member of Riverview United Baptist Church in Albany, IN. He enjoyed family gatherings at his home and loved his wife's cooking and when she would cook for others. Arnold welcomed all and always sent you home with food.

Arnold is survived by a son Garry Lewis of Selma, In.  Daughter Mary Lewis-Walls (Thomas) of Muncie, In. One Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law Silas and Janey Stewart, 1 grandson Matthew G Lewis ( the apple of his eye)  and a host of Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 66 years Arzonia Lewis and 9 siblings. William Lewis, George Lewis, TA, Lewis, RC Lewis, Milton Lewis, Lucy Lewis gibbs and 3 infant siblings

Calling will be Tuesday April 19, 2022 from 11A.M.-1P.M. at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N SR 3 Muncie, In 47303. Service will be at 1:00P.M. at the funeral home with Dewayne Loveless and Carl Goad Officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetary.
