Asha Sara Joseph, 23, of Muncie was called to her heavenly abode on January 9th, 2016. She was the loving daughter to Drs. Regi and Beena Joseph and the beloved sister to Nevin Joseph of Muncie. She was the much loved granddaughter to the late Mr.& Mrs. K.C. Joseph and the late Dr. T.C. Cherian and her surviving grandmother, Mrs. Aleyamma Cherian. Her extended family includes numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in the United States and India, in particular she will be greatly missed by her aunt and uncle, Bindu and Samuel George and dear cousins Ian and Mia of Dublin, Ohio. The South Asian Muncie Association and St. Thomas Marthoma Church of Indianapolis families are included in those that will miss her dearly.
Asha attended St. Mary''s School (Muncie), Park Tudor School (class of 2010) and Ross University School of Medicine. Her charming nature, effervescent glow and love radiated with all those that were in contact with her and will never be forgotten. Her beautiful smile and contagious laughter will remain with us all forever.
A Celebration of Asha''s life will be held Tuesday, January 12th, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. at Garden View Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Monday, January 11th, 2016. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to The Buley Center/Motivate Our Minds.
