Barbra Nell Wiggins Enochs went to be with the Lord on her 68th birthday, January 30, 2011 at her daughter''s residence in Muncie. She was born on January 30, 1943 in Overton County, TN to the late Willie Elmer and Dollie Rhoda (Walker) Tinch. On December 6, 1979 Barbra married her stud muffin Robert Enochs in Anderson.
Barbra was employed as a nurse''s aide; was a corresponding secretary for Epsilon Sigma Alpha International for 36 years; and was a proud merchant of Mary Kay products. Barbra was the Girl Scout Leader of Troop #60 for many years; was a devoted animal lover; and thoroughly enjoyed helping others in need. Barbra will be missed as a woman, a wife, a mother, and for her wonderful sense of humor.
Barbra is survived by her loving husband Robert Enochs of 31 years; son Randy Wiggins (wife, Cathy) of Anderson; daughters: Tamara Smith (husband, Tim) of Muncie; and Robin Enochs (significant other, Pierre Wilson) of Muncie; brother Paul Tinch (wife, Barbara) of Middletown, IN; sister Allene Dickens (husband, Jimmy) of Cookeville, IN; 5 grandchildren; grand-kitty Beckham; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and good friends and caregivers: Edie and Cheryl with The Little Red Door; Nana to Ashley and Sam Terhune; special helpers: Tia, Julie, Michele, and Jessica; many of her four-legged friends; and a special thank you to Pierre Wilson for opening his heart and home and being there until the very end.
Barbra was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Veodas Tinch; Lawton Tinch; and Willie Tinch; sisters: Emmojean Monroe; Beulah Hale; and Earlene Brown; daughters: Shelley Wiggins and Terri Enochs; son Danny Enochs; and great-grandson Gage Mooneyhan.
Visitation will be on Thursday, February 3, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Rd. 3, Muncie. The funeral service will be on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Trimble officiating. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
