Barbara Garringer was born on October 26, 1946 to Acel and Martha (Vinson) Garringer.

She graduated from Monroe Central High School in 1964. Attending Ball State University for her nursing degree. She worked at Ball Memorial Hospital her entire career, in Cardiac Services and Pacemaker clinic.

She was a member of Union Chapel Church

She is survived by her sister, Judith Sayre (Rick) and Nieces Marcy Raynes (Steve), Shelley Meranda (Eric), Lori Sayre (Tony Rice) and several great nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents and a nephew John (Andy) Sayre

Services will be held at Garden View Funeral Home at 10501 N SR 3, Muncie, In 47303. Calling will be on  Monday June 27, 2022 from 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. with Service at 12:00. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie.
