Barbara Ann Harshman, 37, of Albany, IN passed away Friday May 23, 2008 at Ball Memorial Hospital from complications from A.R.D.S. She was born on March 13, 1971in Muncie, IN to Linda (Bowles) Fannin and Steven Eppard. On July 30, 1999 she married Timothy Harshman whom survives her.
Barbara loved her family and loved spending time with them. She loved raising her children. She was a member of the Albany Nazarene Church.
Surviving relatives include her husband: Timothy Harshman of Albany, IN, two daughters, Marissa Cisneros of Albany, IN and Kara Harshman of Dunkirk, IN, one son: McKinley Delaney of Albany, IN. Parents: Linda (Kenny) Fannin of Muncie, IN and Steve (Connie) Eppard of Florida. Two brothers: Jeddie Eppard of Muncie, IN and Matthew Eppard, of GA, one sister Kristi Eppard (Companion James Coffield) of Montpelier, in-laws, Sandy Robbins (husband Dennis) and Ray Harshman (wife Carolyn), Grandparents: Jeddie and Virginia Bowles and Mrs.Marjorie Eppard. Several aunts and uncles and nieces, nephews and cousins and her best friend Diana Winningham.

Services will be at 1:00p.m.Wednesday May 28, 2008 at the Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, In 47303. Pastor Les Turner will officiate the service; Burial will be at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be from 4 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday May 27 2008 at the funeral home.
