Barbara E. Kratzer passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born May 23, 1919, in Delaware County, the daughter of Clarence and Esther (Priddy) Kiger, and graduated from Cowan High School.
Mrs. Kratzer was formerly employed at Muncie Reclamation.
She was a member of A.A. R. P., and Life Member of the Women's International Bowling Conference. Barbara was the secretary of the Muncie Bowling Association for 15 years and was inducted in the Bowling Hall of Fame.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Manuel E. (Lou) and Lula Mae (Lou) Kratzer of Muncie and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Robert E. Kratzer who died on October 31, 1976, brother Corliss H. Kiger and his wife Lois and two sisters Donna Bernice Cecil and Bonnie J. Ice.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 22, 2010 at Parson Mortuary with Pastor Bill Wagoner officiating and burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
Friends may call from 12 Noon until the time of services on Monday.
