JAMESTOWN, TN - Bessie E. Gossage, 84, formerly of Muncie, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2008 in Jamestown, TN.
Mrs. Gossage lived 54 years in Muncie, IN. She was a member of the Four Star Gospel Church in Muncie.
She worked for Feeney's Mfg. and Penrod Tool and Engineering in Muncie. Mrs. Bessie E. Gossage is survived by her daughter Jerri Sells (husband, David) of Jamestown, TN; son, Arnie Gossage (wife, Kay) of Kingsport, TN; 5 grandchildren, Derek Sells (wife, Melissa), Michelle Norris (husband, Kent), Jennifer Irving & Andy, Jack Creviston (wife, Amy), Matthew Creviston (wife, Jamie); 10 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; sisters, Christell Allen of Mt. Summit, IN, Jewell Sell of New Castle, IN; special friends, Myrtle Wright and Clara Human, both of Jamestown, TN.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Martin; mother, Flora (Vaughn) Martin; son, Randy Gossage; granddaughter, Laurie Creviston; brother, Chester Martin; and sister, Minnie Belle Owens.
Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Wednesday , January 23, 2008, at the Garden View Funeral Home in Muncie, IN with burial in the Garden of Memory Cemetery in Muncie, IN.
The family will receive friends 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Wednesday 23, 2008 at the Garden View Funeral Home in Muncie, IN.
