Betty L. Daniel, 76, of Muncie, IN passed away peacefully on April 8, 2007 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She was born January 13, 1931 in Muncie, the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (McIntire) Reason.
Surviving relatives include her husband of 59 years, M.B. Daniel of Muncie; one son, Charley Daniel (wife - Judy) of Ridgeville, IN; one daughter, Mary Swartz (husband - Danny) of Hartford City, IN; one sister, Nancy Reel (husband - Gary) of Marion, IN; sister-in-law, Dorothy Reason of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Chuck Daniel (special friend - Susan Smith) of Farmland, IN, Brian Swartz (wife - Kim) of Hartford City, IN, Julie Mathews (husband - Rob) of Muncie; and seven great-grandchildren, Jessica Smith, C.J. Daniel, Brandon, Britteny, Brady Swartz, Briana Hughes, Nate Mathews; and several nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by one brother, Raymond Reason Jr.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie, IN with Pastor Dennis Trimble officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Alzheimer`s Association, 9135 North Meridian Street, B-4, Indianapolis, Indiana 46260. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
