Betty L. Randolph, 68, of Muncie, IN passed away Friday December 21, 2007 in Muncie. Betty was born on February 20, 1939 in Ohio the daughter of Oscar Phelps and Nellie (Hoy) Phelps. On April 13, 1957 she married Buckie H Randolph, who precedes her in death.
Betty attended the Westside Full Gospel Church in Muncie. She loved to sing, take long rides in the country, cooking riding bikes and camping. Most of all she loved spending time with loved ones.
Surviving relatives includes her mother, Nellie Hoy, sons, Ronnie Randolph (fianc Kelly) of Muncie IN, Jerry Randolph of Muncie In, Daughter, Shirley A. Morris (husband Richard) of Matthews IN, sisters, Linda Kidd ( husband David) Muncie, IN, Gurtrude Seese ( Husband Kim) of Muncie IN., Bothers, Oscar Phelps (wife Madonie) of Muncie IN, Robert Phelps (wife Brenda) of Muncie IN, Jim Phelps (wife Lois) of Muncie, IN. Granddaughters, Mickie Bell and Bobbie Abston both of Matthews IN.great grandchildren Bridget & Brittany Morris and Isaiah Bell. A live in companion Frank Randolph. Several step children and great grandchildren
She is preceded in death by husband Buckie Randolph, parent Oscar Phelps and Brother William Phelps and great grandson Devon Morris
