Beulah Mellert, 83, of Hartford City, died early Wednesday morning, October 4, 2017 at her residence. She was born October 2, 1934 in Huntington, WV and was the daughter of the late Cecil & Roxie (Mullen) Workman.
Beulah was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed sewing, playing cards and being with her family.
Beulah is survived by her two daughters Vicki Richard of Hartford City and Kelly Everhart (Brad) of Montpelier; two grandsons Jason Sheward of Hartford City and Brandon Everhart (Chalyn) of Yorktown; two great-grandsons Britton and Bostin Everhart both of Yorktown; two brothers Edward and Harry Dale Workman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Mellert, Sr., and a son Joseph Mellert, Jr., two sisters and three brothers also preceded her in death.
In honoring the wishes of Beulah there will be no public services. Entombment will be privately in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Garden View Funeral Home.
