Beverly Jean Beaty Flick, age 78, of Muncie, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 18, 2011. She was born May 19, 1933 in Attica, IN to William and Evelyn (Goben) Brewer. Beverly was a homemaker for most of her life. She married Joseph Beaty and he preceded her in death in 1982. She later married Warren Flick and he preceded her in death in 1994. Beverly was a member of Pauline Avenue Church of God, the Ladies Sunshine Fellowship, and Craft Leader for the church youth group. She was also a member of the Warner Gear Sympathy Club and the Eagles Lodge.
Beverly is survived by her son, Timothy G. Beaty (fianc Sherry Silvers) of Selma; daughters, Donna Vannatter of Muncie, and Peggy Bailey (husband Michael) of Muncie; brother, Harold Brewer, of Detroit, MI; grandchildren, Gary Vannatter, Jr. and Timothy G. Beaty, Jr. (companion Krystal); great grandchildren, Timothy G. Beaty, III and Izzabelle Beaty; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, four brothers, three sisters, and granddaughter, Amanda Renee'' Johnson, son-in-law, Gary Vannatter.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Pauline Avenue Church of God, 2800 N. Pauline Avenue, Muncie, IN 47303 with Pastor Bill Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie. Visitation will be at the church from 11:00 AM until service time. Garden View Funeral Home will be assisting with the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or the charity of the donor''s choice in memory of Beverly.
