Beverly McLeland, 88, passed away Wednesday October 18, 2017 at Morrison Woods, Muncie.

She was born in Gaston Indiana, on September 29, 1929 to Vesta E. and Margaret (Hedgland) Bennett. Beverly married Orville McLeland and had two children Michael and Kathy. Beverly was a member of the Warner Gear Sympathy Club.

Beverly enjoyed working crossword puzzles and word searches. She was an avid watcher of the Andy Griffith Show and loved old game shows as well.

Beverly is survived by her daughter Kathy Brannon (Melvin Jr.), a daughter in law Sheila McLeland, a brother Larry Harris (Karen), four grandchildren; Julie Andersen, Michelle Patrick, Derek Brannon and Michael Brannon, three great-grandchildren, and two great- greatgrandchildren.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 52 years, Orville McLeland and her son Michael McLeland.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Garden View Funeral Home. Friends may call on Monday October 23, 2017 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Bahrami, the staff at Morrison Woods and the nurses of Compassus Hospice for the caring way they took care of Beverly.
