Carleeta J. Aul, 70, of Muncie, IN died Saturday June 7, 2008 at her residence in Muncie, IN. she was born on March 25, 1938 in Muncie, IN the daughter of Orville R. and Millicent G. (Dildine) Cart. She graduated in 1956 from Harrison High School. She worked for Merchants Bank and Furrows for several years.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing bingo, and her pet dogs.
Surviving relatives include one son and three daughters, Mark D. Aul (wife: Dawn) of Muncie, IN; Kimberly A. Aul of Muncie, IN; Lisa K. Aul of Yorktown, IN; Cathy L. Dixon (husband: Frank) of Yorktown, IN; seven grandchildren, Staci Filkovski (husband: Greg); Adrian Aul (fianc: Megan); Kolt Riggin; Karlee Riggin; Marissa McCloud; John Dixon; David Dixon all of Yorktown, IN; two great-grandchildren, Drew Corle and Ava Aul both of Muncie, IN; special cousin, Gary Nowadzinski of Muncie, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one step-mother, Alice Cart and one step father, Robert Aul.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday June 11, 2008 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Child Foundation Charity. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
