Charles O. Bryant, 75, of Albany, IN went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 23, 2007 at the Waters of Yorktown. He was born on June 10, 1931 in Salem, IN the son of the late Green Berry and Addie (Reedy) Bryant. On February 28, 1948 he married Geraldine Klinstiver who preceded him in death.
Charles was a very good carpenter who enjoyed gardening and working on his farm.
Surviving relatives include: one daughter, Marcia Bellomy (husband - Millard Jr.) of Muncie; two brothers, Lawrence Ervin Bryant (wife - Helen) of Salem, IN, Roy Bryant of Hartford City; one sister, Ruth Rutherford of New Albany, IN; two granddaughters, Megan Bellomy of Muncie, Andrea Kirby of Muncie; one son-in-law, Frank Kirby of Muncie. Several nieces, nephews and cousins. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Geraldine Bryant, one daughter, Peggy Kirby, eleven brothers, William Lee Bryant, Edward Harrison Bryant, Paul Bryant, James Amon Bryant, Jasper O. Bryant, George Bryant, Harry Bryant, Burgess Bryant, John Bryant, Ross Bryant, and Ernest Bryant, four sisters, Bertha Bryant, Joan Wilbur, Bessie Bryant, Lucinda Bryant.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN with Pastor Sharon Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at the funeral home.
