Charles Allen Hirst, 44, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at his residence. He was born on February 21, 1966 in Muncie to Charles Roger Hirst and the late Margaret Ann (Wesley) Stahl. Chuck is a Delta High School graduate.
Chuck is a 20 year Masonic veteran. As well, Chuck earned his third degree black belt in Mudokwan under Mr. Kim.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 16 years, Shane Marie (Kennedy) Hirst; their two sons: Wesley Hirst and Cory Hirst; father Charles R. Hirst of Muncie; brother Roger Hirst of New Castle; sister Patricia Traylor (husband, Rick) of Orlando, FL; and niece Karissa Hirst.
Chuck was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret.
Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Road 3, Muncie, has been entrusted with arrangements. There will not be any calling hours or funeral services per Chuck''s request. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Dr. Brinkerhoff will eulogize the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Sulphur Springs Masonic Lodge.
