Clara L. Kelley, 97 of Redkey, Indiana passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025. She was born to the late Floyd and Mable Smith.

Clara L. Kelley was a wife to husband Carl Kelley for 60 years. She worked at Ball Memorial for 20 years as a phlebotomist.

She was a mother to Charlotte (Ralph) Bright and Bruce (Becky) Kelley;  Penny (Tom) Brannon, David shane (Valerie), Karen Bouc, James (Colette) Bright, Scott (Denise) Bright and  Ravin (Winston) Levin, Miranda (will) Beaty, Holly Voiles and DJ Brannon. Zealend (Olivia) Bright and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by both parents; a son Jay Cook; grandson Kelley Young; 15 siblings Henry F. Smith, Opal M. Williamson, Charles H. Smith, Barbara L. Singer, Annie (Gary) Six, Richard Smith, Jack Smith, Patricia Warful, Mable (Shannon) New, Flora Whiteside, Florence Lee, Robert (Michelle) Smith and Roberta Anderson.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 26, 2025 from 11:00 am until the time of service at Garden View Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Clara will be laid to rest at Gardens of Memory.
