McCORDSVILLE - Dana M. Ice, 64, of McCordsville, IN died at 11:50 a.m. Thursday, March 15, 2007 at Community Hospital Anderson.
She was born on April 29, 1942 the daughter of Harold W. "Dutch" and Loraine E. (Everist) Miller. She graduated from Center High School in 1960. On September 1, 1962 at the Holy Trinity Church in Muncie, she married Dean Earl Ice who survives.
In the past she worked as a telemarketer for several different mortgage companies in Muncie. She also had worked for Gardens of Memory Cemetery several years ago. For the past 10 years she operated the Round Barn Inn Bed and Breakfast in McCordsville.
She enjoyed shopping for antiques and had a booth in Daleville. She also enjoyed raising gourds, pumpkins, and Indian corn and had booths at the Washington Street Celebration and the James Dean Days.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Dean Ice of McCordsville; four sons, Todd Ice of Missouri, Scott Ice (wife: Melissa) of Muncie, Rob Ice (wife: Kathy) of Muncie and Kris Ice (wife: Carol) of Fishers; one daughter, Lynn Wilson (husband: Randy) of Florida; mother-in-law, Dorothy Ice of McCordsville; 10 grandchildren, Leesha, Jordan, Haley, Amelia, Hanna, Devin, Kobee, Tristan Ice, Miranda and Robert Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Pastor Eldon Moorehouse will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
