Dawn Marie Stewart, 41, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010 at her residence following an extended illness.
She was born December 13, 1968, in Muncie, the daughter of Sonny Raymond and Dorothy Maxine (Lash) Cox, and attended Yorktown High School.
She was a member of Halteman Village Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Mickey W. Stewart; her son, Cody Stewart, and two daughters, Amber Stewart and Cindy Stewart, all at home; two sisters, Shelly Wright and Jonene Kettler, both of Crossville, Tennessee; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Evelyn Stewart, Muncie; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Randy and Sheri Stewart; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Danielle Cox.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Parson Mortuary with Rev. Ron Ross officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 N. State Rd. 3, Muncie.
The family will receive friends from noon to service time at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the mortuary.
