Donald A. Clark, 67, of Muncie, IN died at 10:38 a.m. on Wednesday September 3, 2008 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. He was born on December 19, 1940 the son of Donald A. and Vera (Adams) Clark. He married Carolyn Clark who preceded him in death.
He graduated from Central High School and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired from Delphi after 38 years of service. He loved basketball and football. He was a avid fan of the Muncie Bearcats and enjoyed trains.
Surviving relatives include one son, Greg Clark (fianc: Samantha Goodwin) of Muncie, IN; three daughters, Cindy Godlove (husband: Fred) of Yorktown, IN; Lori Ladd (husband: Charles) of Muncie, IN; Donna Royer (husband: Ben) of Muncie, IN; one brother, Dean Clark of Yorktown, IN; six grandchildren, Brandi Clark, Amber Clark, Ryan Clark, Brittany Ladd, Gregory Couch, Bradley Godlove; one great-granddaughter, Alexia Voisard; nephews Chris and Anthony Clark, several additional nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and one granddaughter, Lindsey Clark.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday September 8, 2008 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral Home.
