Donna L. Thomas of Marion, Indiana passed away at her residence at the age of 80 on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. She was born on November 20, 1940 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Edgar and Mildred Helen (Barber) Black.

Donna graduated from high school and worked in assembly for RCA of Marion, Indiana. She married William Thomas on October 17, 1980. She was a member of the Church of God and the Moose Lodge.

Donna is survived by her son, Jesse Belcher of Marion, Indiana; daughters, Donna Belcher of Marion, Indiana, Kathleen Devine of Marion, Indiana, and Lisa Moon of Eaton, Indiana; sister, Nina Lowe of Muncie, Indiana; 20 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her best friend since second grade, Connie Warner.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Mildred Helen (Barber) Black; husband, William Thomas; son, Charles Belcher; daughter, Lora Jones; brother, Charles Black; and sisters, Jackie Evans, Martha Morris, Barbara Welder, Sherry Crose, and Lela Parsons.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM in Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie with funeral services immediately following at 2:00 PM, also in the Funeral Home.
