Donna J. Voisard of Muncie, Indiana passed away at the age of 74 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie the afternoon of Saturday, December 11, 2021. She was born on November 27, 1947 in Muncie to the late Horace Eugene and Vera Lee (Marshall) Bales.

Donna completed her Associate's Degree and did clerical office work for several years.

Donna is survived by her sons, Anthony Voisard and Noblesville, Indiana and Tom Voisard (Pamela) of New Castle, Indiana and four grandchildren.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Horace Eugene and Vera Lee (Marshall) Bales.
