Obituary

MONTPELIER - Doris A. Cline, 87, formerly of rural Montpelier, IN, passed away at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at the Heritage Pointe in Warren, IN.
She was born on Tuesday, August 14, 1923, in Wells County, IN. Mrs. Cline had been a resident of Washington Township in Blackford County before moving to Heritage Pointe in Warren.
Doris had been a homemaker and had worked at the Blackford County High School in the Cafeteria for several years. She was a 1941 graduate of the Jackson Township High School in Wells County and had attended the Pleasantdale United Methodist Church in Montpelier.
She married William Alexander Cline on October 11, 1947 in Montpelier, Indiana. He passed away on July 8, 1990. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Dora (Riggs) Stinson.
Survivors include her daughters, Judy Cline of Fort Wayne, Jonne (husband, Ralph) Koger of Montpelier, Jill (husband, Mike) Carter of Montpelier; sister, Hildred Foust of Bluffton; brother, Harrold Stinson of Summerfield, FL; sister, Virginia Leas of Hartford City; granddaughters, Nicole (husband, David) Maletto of Eau Claire, WI, Cristin Carter of Montpelier, Carissa Carter of Montpelier; grandsons, Ryan (wife, Lauren) Koger of Carmel, Cameron Carter of Montpelier and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Alexander Cline; father, Frank Stinson; mother, Dora (Riggs) Stinson; brothers, Roger Stinson and Forrest Stinson and a sister, Esther Mann.
Arrangements are being handled by Walker & Glancy Funeral Home, 109 West Windsor Street, Montpelier, IN where family and friends may gather to share and remember from 3-8 p.m. Monday, May 9, 2011 and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2011.
A service to celebrate her life will be at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2011 with the Pastor Chris Stahlman officiating. Interment will be at Gardens of Memory in Muncie, IN.
