Dorothy Ellen (Grady) Bishop, 87, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2010 at Morrison Woods Health Campus, Muncie. She was born on August 9, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois to John Archel and Christine E. (Vanderhorst) Grady. As an infant, she moved to Redkey with her twin sister, Alice, and her parents. She attended Redkey High School. On January 31, 1942 she married to Earl E. Bishop in Portland, IN, and lived her married life in Dunkirk, IN.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday July 22, 2010 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Rev. Rusty Clements will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie, IN. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
