Dorothy A. Keihn, 86, of Selma, IN died 8:30 a.m. Sunday September 16, 2007 at Parker Health and Rehabilitation Center in Parker City, IN. She was born on June 11, 1921 in Seattle, Washington the daughter of Norman and Mary Gertrude (Purcell) Moyle. She married Charles E. Keihn, Sr. who preceded her in death on February 10, 1998.
She dearly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. She also enjoyed reading and being with her dogs. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and wife.
Surviving relatives include two sons, Charles Keihn, Jr. (wife: Lynda) of Oklahoma; John A. Keihn (wife: Linda) of Hartford City, IN; three daughters, Norma Zearbaugh (husband: Jerry) of Selma, IN; Margaret Talley (husband: Roger) of Kokomo, IN; and Elizabeth of California, thirteen grandchildren, Scott and Stephen Mussell of WA; Brian Manship (wife: Melissa) and Whitney Wagner both of Selma, IN; Shilo Keihn of VA; Melissa Forehand (husband: Larry) of NC; Heather Ross (husband: Ryan) of Muncie, IN; Lori Rainey of Winchester, IN; Bradley Talley (wife: Tanya) of Breman, IN; Christopher Talley of Kokomo, IN; Tommy Lee Keihn of FL; Rex Alan Keihn of OK; fifteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother and one sister.
Services are scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Wednesday September 19, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Burial will be in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 until 3:00 and 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer''s Association 9135 North Meridian St. Ste.
