Dorothy "Pig" Brown Page of Pontiac, MI passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2008, at home in the presence of her family. Before she departed this life she gave her life back to Christ.
She was born October 21, 1946 in Weir, MS and was the first born to Willie Brown and Eula Mae Miller Brown. She leaves to cherish her memory, six daughters, Sharon Ballentine of Muncie, Edith Seals (Neal) of Richmond, IN, Doris Page, Tina Page, Samanthia McKenzie (Donna-Hugh) and Phoenicia "Precious" Glinn, all of Pontiac MI; one son, Tommy "Romeo"Page, Jr. (Nadine) of Muncie, IN; four sisters, Anna B. Potts (Robert) of Akron, OH, Rosemary Cates of Muncie, Lillian Cowhard of Indianapolis, IN, and Christina Felix of Muncie, IN; 6 brothers, Johnny Mack Brown of Muncie, IN, Melvin Brown of Gary, IN, Ronnie Davis, Eddie Dean, Gary L. Davis, Thomas W. Davis(Denise), all of Muncie, IN; eighteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; a very dear cousin, Roxanna Pegues; childhood friends, Channitia Turner of Dayton, OH, Eddie Mae Robinson of CA, Lena Bryant of Muncie, IN; her three very dear friends, Betty Jones, Denise Cummings, both of Pontiac, MI and Curly of High Point, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Brown, Eula Mae and Eddie Davis; two brothers, Charlie Brown and Charles Sonny Davis; a grandchild; and a great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held 12 noon Friday, April 18, 2008 at Berea Apostolic Church, 1615 East Willard Street, Muncie, IN.
Calling will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2008 at the church. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery
