Douglas Scott Crawley, 51, of Rockport Texas, died February 11th, 2013 at his residence in Rockport, TX. He was born July 9th, 1961 in Muncie, IN., and is the son of Sarah (Read) Hornback and Dick Crawley.
Doug worked for several years in the Heavy Equipment Rental Business. He loved and enjoyed being around water and animals.
Doug is survived by his wife Donna Crawley of Rockport, TX; his mother Sarah Hornback of Muncie; sisters Jamie Jones (Dave) of Anderson, and Diane (Hornback) Lawrence of Selma; nephew Shane Crawley of Rensselaer; niece Lily Jones of Anderson; special aunt Peggy McCartney of Muncie. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. Doug is preceded in death by a brother David Crawley, and an uncle Charles McCartney.
A Memorial Service for Doug will be held Friday, March 1st, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Garden View Funeral Home with Rev. Pete White officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Online condolences may be at www.gardenviewandgardensofmemory.com
