Earl C. Davis, age 93, of Warsaw, IN passed away on Friday May 29, 2015 at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. Born on September 29, 1921, in Warren County, TN, he was the son of Frank and Minnie (Luttrell) Davis.
Earl worked as a machinist at Warner Gear for 34 years until his retirement in 1975. He was a former member of Westside Church of Christ in Muncie. Earl enjoyed bowling, reading, and gardening his tomatoes.
Survivors include his daughters Linda (David) Bird of Leesburg, FL and Joyce (James) Williams of St. Augustine, FL; brother Robert (Shirley) Davis of Muncie; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Dorothy Davis, brother Arnold Davis, and sisters Mildred St. John, Dorothy Beckell, and Hazel Smith.
Funeral services for Earl will be held at 2:00p.m. on Monday June 1, 2015 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 N. Indiana 3, Muncie, with calling two hours prior to service from 12:00-2:00p.m.
Burial will follow in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie.
