Edward Oliver Finchum II (Ed), 52 Muncie - Edward Finchum, died suddenly Saturday morning, January 20th, 2007 at his home. He was born December 18, 1954 in Indianapolis to Edward Oliver Finchum and Constance Heath. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 31 years Brenna S. Finchum. His son Andrew O. Finchum and daughter in-law Jennica (Kuphall) Finchum. A very special friend Doris June Johnson. His mother Constance Heath. Seven sisters Theresa McDonald (husband-Bruce), Deborah Browning (husband-David), Jacquelin DeSmith, Belinda Whitehair (husband- Douglas), Karon Taylor, Sharon Valenti (husband-Dan) and Kathleen Adkins (husband Bob) and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Finchum was preceded in death by his father Edward Oliver Finchum II, his grandparents Oliver Finchum and Goldie Finchum and grandparents Oliver Heath and Gwendolyn Heath. His father and mother in-law Boon and Susie O''Dell. He attended and graduated from Delta High School in 1973 where he enjoyed playing football and wrestling. He attended Anderson University and Ball State University. He had worked at Vonnegut Industrial Products and previous to that was a self-employed carpet installer. He had also worked for Wolohan Lumber Company. He enjoyed working with stained glass. He was a member of Eden United Church of Christ. He was a member and co-leader of a pain group.
