Obituary

Eileen B. Walsh better known as "GRANNY", our beloved mother and grandmother, age 84, passed on peacefully to heaven at her home, surrounded by the love of her family on October 6, 2009.
Eileen''s strong Christian faith was an example to everyone she encountered. She was loved by so many and returned the unconditional love. She was always there to lend a helping hand to others or to give to those less fortunate. She was a collector of angels but she was our angel on earth. Mom loved her family, working cross word puzzles, she also had a great sense of humor, a bright smile, was kind, sweet, giving and so loving. She especially loved her 11th St. Christian Church, the members, and gospel music.
She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Long and her husband Ritch, Scottsdale, AZ., Judy A. Moody, her husband Bill Pickett, Muncie, IN, four grandchildren, Thomas Jay Lott of Mesa, AZ, Stacey Lott-Saul and her husband Brian of Canton, GA, Darin A. Jones, Danny Brian Jones of Muncie, as well as eight great-grandchildren, Danielle, Breanne, Zach, Kylee, Lexi, Maggie, Abbie, and Chole. Her special surviving sisters, are Betty Lou Khost, Shirley Seeman, and Irene Durham. Our shining light Eileen, is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, all of whom she sent birthday cards to for the past 40 years! May she be reunited with her husband, Arnold, of over 53 years, and her brothers and a sister who passed on before her. Rest in peace mom / granny we all love you. God is welcoming you with open arms. Many hugs abound in heaven for our special lady who left so many loving memories in our hearts! We will miss you so much.
