Elaine L. Galbraith, 90, of Tyler Texas, and formerly of Eaton, passed away on Tuesday December 25, 2012 at her residence. She was born on January 22, 1922 to the late Ernest and Yonda (Kemp) Harvey in Delaware County.
Elaine attended Central High School, was a graduate of Indiana Business College, and worked as a hardware office manager. Membership affiliations include the Eaton Home Economics Club, the Travel Study Club, and AARP # 1749.
Survivors include loving husband of 66 years John W. Galbraith Jr. of Tyler, Texas; children David (Charlotte) Galbraith of Tyler, Texas, Robert Galbraith of Eaton, and Yonda (John) Winter of Angola; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother Yonda (Kemp) Jetmore and step-father David Jetmore.
Friends may call on Sunday December 30, 2012 from 2-6pm at the Garden View Funeral Home 10501 N. State Road 3 Muncie.
Funeral services will be held on Monday December 31, 2012 at 1:30pm at the funeral home with Pastor Bob Ewert officiating. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie.
