Obituary

Ella May (Bonnie) Hahn, 93, passed away early Monday morning, June 29, 2009 at Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born February 27, 1916 in Muncie, the daughter of James and Ada (Frogge) Garrett. Ella attended Muncie Schools.
She was employed at Ball Brothers and was a homemaker.
She was a long time member of High Street United Methodist Church, Thursday Luncheon at church, Vision for the Blind, Amictias Alamo Home Economics Club, M.S.G. Club, and Warner Gear Sympathy Club Auxiliary.
Ella is survived by four sons, Clarence L. (Bub), Muncie; LeRoy E. Hahn, (wife-Sharon), Muncie, Gerald T. Hahn, (wife-Patti), Yorktown, and Michael W. Hahn, Eaton; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren also several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Hahn in 1982; three sisters, Nellie Garrett, Rosie North and Lela Wood; two brothers, Clarence and James Garrett.
Services will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2009 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel, with Rev. Charlotte B. Overmyer officiating.
Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 N. State Rd 3, Muncie, IN.
Friends may call from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel.
