Frances Charlene Wimmer. 90, of Venice, FL, passed away on August 3rd, 2013. She was born January 28th, 1923 in Muncie, and was the daughter of the late Clarence W. & Mildred (Shores) Stout.
Frances was a member of the Venice Church of the Nazarene. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother.
Frances is survived by three children, Michael Wimmer of Venice, FL, Janet Rose of Muncie, and Claudia Billbrey of Venice, FL; a brother William Stout of Byrdstown, TN; twelve grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, and five great-great- grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George Wimmer in 2011; a son Bill Wimmer, and a sister Bercilla Batt.
Funeral Services for Frances will be held Friday, August 9th , 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Garden View Funeral Home, with Pastor Rick Bowen of Victory Temple officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
