Gail Elaine Spencer, 64, of Greenfield, passed away early Friday morning, June 5th, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born March 4th, 1951 in Muncie and is the daughter of Robert Morris & Betty Louise (Jones) Spencer.
Gail was a 1969 graduate of Warren Central High School. She was a Registered Nurse working at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis and also at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in California. Gail loved her animals and enjoyed working with her flowers. She was very talented in arts and crafts.
Gail is survived by her parents, Robert & Betty Spencer of Greenfield; sisters Linda Pfeiffer and Susan Bonebrake (Dennis); several nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her sister Beth Ann Spencer and her grandparents, Thurston and Emma Jones and Howard and Pauline Leeka.
Memorial services for Gail will be held Tuesday, June 9th, 2015 at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North STRD 3, Muncie, IN 47303 at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the donor''s local Humane Society in Gail''s name.
