Garry Lewis Moore, 61, of Muncie, died Wednesday evening, July 29th, 2015 at his residence, following an extended illness. He was born January 28th, 1954 in Muncie and was the son of Stanley Moore and the late Clara (Sneed) Moore.
Garry was a graduate of Muncie South Side High School. He obtained his Associates Degree from Ivy Tech College. Garry enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and being with his late wife Diana Lynn Moore, whom preceded him in death on July 3rd, 2015. Garry was employed with Color Box in Richmond. He proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
Garry is survived by his five children; Thomas Curts (Companion Jennifer Lombardy) of Parker City, Roby Curts of Union City, Kristofer Moore of Pennsylvania, Jennifer Moore of Orlando, FL, and Pamela Dunn of Dallas, TX; six grandchildren; his father Stanley Moore (Marie) of Muncie; brothers Stanley Moore of Greensburg and Danny Moore of Yorktown; a sister Linda McClain (Jim) of Yorktown.
Funeral Services for Garry will be held Tuesday, August 4th, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Scott Turner officiating. Burial with military honors being conducted by the United States Marine Corps and the Delaware County Honor Guard will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 noon at the funeral home
