Geneva P. Hahn, 86, of Albany, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2010 at Albany Health Care. She was born on June 6, 1923 in Laurel, IN to the late Mire and Bertha (French) Utsler. On February 8, 1936 she married her love, Evan E. Hahn.
Geneva was a homemaker all of her life. She loved her family to the fullest and assisted them in any way she could. She belonged to the American Legion as well as the Woman''s Auxiliary of the VFW. She also enjoyed spending time at her summer home in Markle.
Geneva is survived by her loving daughter, Lois A. Gilmartin of The Villages, FL; and her loving son, Gene Hahn; granddaughters: Kimberli Aldridge (husband, Dale) of Albany; Kelli Larrabee of Muncie; and Carolyn Larrabee (the late Brian Larrabee) of Lakeland, FL; 4 great grandchildren: Ryan Larrabee (wife, Mary) of Albany; Landon Larrabee (wife, Tiffany) of Lakeland, FL; Whitney (Aldridge) Hawk (husband, Chad) of Sarasota, FL; and Brock Williams of Muncie; great-great grandson Trak Larrabee; great-great granddaughter Makina Kissick; and niece Betty Jo Walton of Muncie.
Geneva was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 65 years, Evan Hahn; and grandson Brian Larrabee.
Private family burial will be in Laurel North Cemetery, Laurel, IN, on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to The Albany Health Care & Rehab Center, 910 W.
