Gerald Lee Thompson 71, of Albany, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, September 30,2025 unexpectedly. He was born in Muncie, Indiana to the late Fred and Irene Thompson.

He was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed fish in the great lakes and in Canada with family and friends.

He is survived by his sons Seth Thompson and Andrew Thompson; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; two sisters Pam (Bob) Roderick and Rhonda (Doug) Eckerty.

Family will have a visitation on Friday, October 10,2025 from 11:00am 1;00pm at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Road 3, Muncie, Indiana with funeral to be at 1:00pm with burial to follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery Muncie.
