Hallie Louise David, 90 of Muncie died Tuesday morning, June 7th, 2016 at Bethel Pointe Health Care Center. She was born June 19th, 1925 in Moss, TN and was the daughter of the late Andrew W. & Addie (Harpe) Odle.
Hallie loved and was a very active bowler. She was inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame in 2009. Hallie enjoyed crocheting and making afghans. She enjoyed watching sports. Hallie loved spending time and caring for her family, she was a very loving and giving lady. She also loved going on fishing trips with family and friends to Wisconsin Dales.
Hallie is survived by her three children, Linda Paulette Holstein (Murl) of Springport, Gary Wayne Brown (Sue) of Yorktown and Lonnie Allen Brown (Arleena) of Muncie; nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James R. David; she was also preceded by four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral Services for Hallie will be held Monday, June 13th, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Garden View Funeral Home with Mike Gors officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home
