Obituary

Hazel Mae Folsom, 79, of Muncie, died Sunday afternoon, September 20th, 2015 at the Waters of Muncie. She was born May 25th, 1936 in Morehead, KY and was the daughter of the late Richard Jesse & Grace Faye (Littleton) Caudill.
Hazel attended Boyceton Separate Baptist Church where she was Sunday School teacher for many years. She loved to play bingo and was an avid Colt''s fan. Hazel enjoyed watching basketball and football games. She will be dearly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Hazel is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Ralph G. Folsom of Muncie; a daughter Elaine Tudor (Clark) of Muncie; three sons Delmar Folsom (Mary) of Muncie, Keith Folsom (Teresa) and Kent Folsom (Tina) all of Clearwater, FL; grandchildren Mickelle McCoy (Dewayne Phillips) of Muncie, Rebekah McLaughlin (Jeremy) of Green Bay, WI, Kristopher Folsom (Laura) of Yuma, AZ, Lindsey Folsom of Huntington, IN, Clark E. Tudor II (Cameron) of Muncie, Cara Tudor of Muncie, Sean Folsom ( Elle Mobley) of Clearwater, FL, Travis Folsom of Muncie, Chris Willis (Abby) of Muncie, and Brandi Michael of Muncie; fourteen great-grandchildren; two brothers Red (Joe) Caudill of Montpelier and Ralph (Buck) Caudill (Jennifer); four sisters Ada Clark (Carol) of Gaston, Barbara Brooks (Charlie) of Gaston, Pearl Coley of Muncie and Lois Noggle (Jim) of Muncie; a sister-in-law Pat Caudill of Muncie; a great uncle Glenn Littleton of Brookville, KY; several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Gerald (Jerry) Folsom and a brother Harley Caudill.
Funeral Services for Hazel will be held Friday, September 25th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Garden View Funeral Home, with Pastor Glenn Greiner officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 24th, 2015 at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Cancer Society in memory of Gerald (Jerry) Folsom, with envelopes provided at the funeral home.
