Heleena M. Jones, 83, passed away June 10, 2011 at her residence in Leesburg, FL surrounded by her family. She was born in French Lick, IN the daughter of Harvey T. Wininger and Clara (Abel) Hayes.
Heleena was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and a former member of Eastern Star.
Surviving relatives include one son, Kirby Jones (Elaine); 3 daughters, Beverley Guy and Nancy Jones, both of Leesburg, FL; Jacki Jones (Dale Sheahan) of Mosinee, WI; 7 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 26 great grandchildren, and I great great granddaughter.
Heleena was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Dallas M. Jones; daughter, Terry Jones Mills; grandson, Johnny Sander; sisters, Allethia Rusher, Diretha Abel, Beverly Buck, Janet Jones, and brother Henry Hayes.
Visitation will be June 18, 2011 from 12 PM to 1:00 PM at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Rd. 3, Muncie, IN. Services will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Dennis Trimble officiating.
