Obituary

Helen F. Bartlett, 95, passed away Saturday morning at Westminster Village, Muncie, following an extended illness.
Born in Blackford County on February 11, 1914, she was the daughter of Alva & Lydia Cheesman. Helen lived most of her live in Albany before moving to Westminster in 2002.
She was manager of the Albany school cafeteria for several years and at one time was a dental hygienist and skilled seamstress. She and her husband volunteered at Ball Memorial Hospital after their retirement. Helen was a member of Eaton First Church of God, Avondale Sympathy Club, and a former member of O.E.S. Teresa Chapeter 237 and Home Ec. Club. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; spending time with her family was very important to her.
She is survived by her daughter: Marilyn K. Camesasca (husband: Robert), Albany; 2 grandchildren: Todd Camesasca, Indianapolis, and Deneen Patterson (husband: Monty), South Lake, TX; 3 great-grandchildren: Bryant, Jordan, and Ashley Patterson, all of South Lake, TX, and several nieces & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Floyd Bartlett, who died in 2001. Also deceased are her parents, 6 brothers, a sister, and her granddaughter: Debra Sue Camesasca.
Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at Meacham Funeral Service, Albany.
Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 N. State Rd 3, Muncie, IN.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
