Helen I Parson, 75, of New Castle, IN went to be with the Lord Friday September 26, 2008 at her home. She was born on February 5, 1933 the daughter of Hansel M. and Violet (Humbert) Beal.
She was a part-time Instructor of water aerobics at the YMCA for 12 years and a member of the Church of Christ of New Castle, IN.
Surviving relatives include four daughters; Jackie Cox of Albany, Connie Moles (husband Russell) of Dunkirk, Bettie Ashcraft (husband Paul) of Albany and Sherrie Pence (husband Jerry) of Albany, step-daughter- Karen Hines (husband Robert) of Farmland, step-son; William Blake Parson ( wife Shelia) of Dunkirk, 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, brother; Gary Lee Beal of Albany, sister; Madonna Jean Holland of Muncie.
Proceeded in death by her parents, a husband William Thomas Parson, three brothers Robert E. Beal, Marion "Pete" Beal and Terry Beal.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday October 1, 2008 at the Garden View Funeral Home 10501 N. State Road 3 in Muncie. Pastors Bryan Turner and Rod Beheler will officiate the service. Viewing will be Tuesday September 30, 2008 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society and the Albany Ambulance Service. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
