Helen M. (Mann) Thornburg passed away Saturday, November 17, 2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada where she has resided with her daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Dean Leach, for the past 6 years.
Helen was born on July 12, 1912 in Muncie, Indiana where she resided with her husband, Sheldon A. Thornburg who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her two daughters, Joanne Perkins (husband, Jack) of Orlando, Florida and Marilyn R. Leach (husband, H. Dean Leach) of Las Vegas, Nevada; three grandchildren, Shelly Bogema of Orlando, Florida, Cathy Feliciano, and Douglas Leach of Las Vegas, Nevada; and six great grandchildren, Erin L. Combs and Robin R. Combs of Orlando, Florida, Brittany R. Feliciano, Michael D. Feliciano, Jennifer R. Leach, Jason T. Leach of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 29th at Garden View Funeral Home with burial immediately following at Gardens of Memory Cemetery located at 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 28th, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Donations in her name, to a charity of your choice, would be greatly appreciated.
