Ilean True passed away Thursday, August 23rd at her daughter's home in Hartford City. Honoring her request, there will be a private family burial in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Ilean was born February 25th, 1929, in Muncie.  She is survived by three children-Terry (and Peggy) Sims; David (and Hilde) Sims; and Kimberly (and Mike) Fadely; seven grandchildren and eleven great- grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, six siblings, grandson Jamie Fadely, and many other loved relatives.

She loved her many dogs throughout her colorful life.  She was an avid reader of her many Christian books.  Those who loved her knew her for her lifelong Christian walk starting at her father's church where he pastored for many years during her childhood.  She was much loved and appreciated for all she did for her family and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
