Yorktown: Imogene Siesky, 81, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2010. She was born on May 4, 1928 to the late Lawton and Maggie (Woodall) Doster in Amity, Arkansas. On February 18, 1961 Imogene married Samuel Siesky.
Imogene was a homemaker. She was a former member of Four Square Gospel in Muncie. She loved to crochet. But above all, she loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Imogene is survived by a very special great-grandson, William Todd Staton; four grandchildren: Gwyn Harmon (fianc Tim Lewis) of Yorktown; Missy Brimeyer (husband, Gary) of Solon, IA; Bill Harmon (wife, Michele) of Indianapolis, IN; and Marcy Barton (husband, Jim) of Shelbyville, IN; additional great-grandchildren: Ryne Brimeyer; Travis Brimeyer; Jessica Brimeyer; Lauren; Hannah Harmon; William Harmon; Conner Harmon; Melissa Ann; Julie (husband, Andy); and Amber; great-great grandchildren: Makayla; Alexis; and Aden; sister Frances Brown (husband, Claude) of Dade City, FL; brother Herman Doster (wife, Judy) of Alabama; along with nieces and nephews. In addition, Imogene is survived by good friends: Jim and Jean Talbot and Jack and Mary Gummel.
Imogene was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Samuel, of 43 years; and daughter Frances Kaye (Harmon) Leer.
The family of Mrs. Siesky would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of Colonial Crest in Muncie.
Visitation will be Monday, February 8, 2010, at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Rd. 3, Muncie, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Graveside services will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 N.
