Israel Allen Swartz, 30, of Muncie passed away Friday, July 3, 2009 at Ball Memorial Hospital suddenly.
He was born February 16, 1979 in Muncie to Frederick E. and Julia Naomi (Keihn) Meer. Israel attended Muncie Central High School.
He was employed by Labor's Union Local 1112.
Survivors include his loving wife of a twelve year relationship, Jessica (Brannon) Swartz; his wife's parents, Jeff and Charlene Brannon; two sons, Israel L. and Ivan P. Swartz, both at home; his mother, Julia Naomi Meer, Muncie; three brothers, Fred Meer (companion, Joyce) Muncie, Kenneth Meer (wife, Leisa), Muncie, David Meer (wife, Crystal), Livingston, Texas; three sisters, Julia Ann Davis (husband, Robbie), Muncie, Angie Smith (husband, Casey), Muncie, Linda Webb, Muncie; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his loving father.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Parson Mortuary with Rev. James O. McCowan officiating.
Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 N. State Rd 3, Muncie, IN.
Friends may call from 12 Noon until time of services on Wednesday at the mortuary.
