Jack Alexander Cullum, infant son of Andrew Jacob & Kathleen Marie (Reynolds) Cullum, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, with his family surrounding him with love. He was born January 24, 2018 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. In the three days, he touched the lives of those who loved him. He was strong, and a fighter.

Jack is survived by his loving parents Andrew Jacob & Kathleen (Reynolds) Cullum of Muncie; maternal grandparents Bruce & Linda Reynolds of Muncie; paternal grandparents Ed & Amy Cullum of Muncie; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his great- great-grandfather Jack Cullum, great-grandmother Pearl Douthitt and his uncle Alexander James Cullum.

Funeral Services for Jack will be held privately at Garden View Funeral Home. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital NICU or Riley Children's Hospital NICU units. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt gratitude to those NICU units who helped and supported them. Without these loving medical professionals the family would not have had our time with Jack.
